We drain and flush the sediment, check the anode rod, relief valve and connections.
Whole-home plumbing inspection
A top-to-bottom check of your water heater, fixtures, shutoff valves, supply lines, water pressure and visible drains every year.
No $99 trip charge
Members never pay the dispatch fee when they call us out.

Free whole-home inspection
We’ll check your plumbing for free
Any Tampa Bay homeowner can request a complimentary whole-home plumbing inspection. A licensed Northern Plumbing tech walks the house with you, shows you what we find, and explains the maintenance plan. There’s no charge and no pressure to join.
- Water heater age, condition, relief valve and sediment
- Shutoff valves and supply lines at every toilet and sink
- Toilets, faucets and showers for leaks and running water
- Water pressure and thermal expansion
- Visible drains, traps and cleanouts
- Hose spigots and exposed piping outside
You’ll get a plain-English rundown and, if anything needs work, a firm written price. You decide what, if anything, to fix.

Maintenance plan questions
What does the maintenance plan cost?
$84 per year. It includes a yearly water heater flush, a whole-home plumbing inspection, no $99 trip charge, 15% off repairs and 5% off replacements.
Is the whole-home inspection really free?
Yes. Any homeowner in our service area can request one. We inspect the plumbing, explain what we find and tell you about the plan. You’re not obligated to join or to fix anything.
How do I sign up?
Fill out the form on this page or call (813) 263-4941. We’ll set up your free inspection, and you can join the plan at the visit.
Do the discounts apply to everything?
Member discounts apply to repairs (15%) and replacements (5%). They don’t apply to fees, specials, permits, tests or maintenance visits, which are already priced as low as we can.
