We put it in writing because we stand behind our work. Here’s what every Northern Plumbing Co. customer gets.
Workmanship
1-year labor guarantee
Our labor is guaranteed for one year from the date of service. If a repair or installation we did fails because of our workmanship, we come back and make it right. (Drain cleaning is not included; see the details below.)
Pricing
The price you approve is the price you pay
You get a firm price before any work starts. Once you approve it, that’s the price. No surprise charges on the bill.
Callbacks
Free return visit if it’s our work
If something we worked on has a problem during the guarantee period and it’s our workmanship, the return visit and the labor to fix it are free.
Your home
Clean-up guarantee
We protect your floors and belongings while we work and leave the work area clean when we’re done.
Your time
On time, or we call
We give you an arrival window. If we’re running late, we’ll call you before that window ends.
The details
What’s covered and what isn’t
What does the 1-year labor guarantee cover?
Labor on the repairs and installations we perform, for one year from the date of service. If our workmanship fails, we return and correct it at no charge.
Is drain cleaning covered?
No. Drain cleaning is not covered by the labor guarantee. Clogs can come back for reasons outside our work, like what goes down the drain, roots or the condition of the pipe. We’ll always tell you honestly why a line clogged and what would keep it from coming back.
What about parts and equipment?
Parts, fixtures and equipment such as water heaters carry their manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll help you with the manufacturer’s warranty process on equipment we installed.
What else isn’t covered?
Problems caused by misuse, damage, or work done by someone else after our visit aren’t covered.
