1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Northern Plumbing Company, LLC (“Northern Plumbing Co.” or “Sponsor”), Tampa, Florida. Florida License #CFC1430559. Phone: (813) 263-4941. Email: inquiries@northern.plumbing.

2. Promotion period

The Promotion begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on March 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Eligible entries received before the start date are included in Round 1. The Promotion is run in consecutive rounds. Each round closes when 500 eligible entries have been received, or on the last day of the Promotion Period, whichever comes first. A new round begins the day after the previous round closes. The Promotion will have no more than nine (9) rounds; if the ninth round closes before March 31, 2027, the Promotion ends on that date. The start and close dates of each round are posted at northern.plumbing/giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older and who own and live in a single-family home, townhome or condominium located in Sponsor’s service area (Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, or the following areas of Pasco County: Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Trinity, New Port Richey, Holiday, Port Richey and Hudson, Florida) at the time of entry. Restrictions may apply to townhomes and condominiums (see Section 5). The following are NOT eligible: renters or tenants; rental, investment, vacant or commercial properties; and employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members. Sponsor will verify home ownership and occupancy through county property appraiser records before awarding a prize.

4. How to enter

Enter by completing the online entry form at northern.plumbing/giveaway (reachable by scanning the QR code on Sponsor’s vehicles and printed materials). Limit one (1) entry per household per round. Entries that are incomplete, contain false information or exceed the entry limit will be disqualified. Entries generated by automated or bulk methods are void. There is no fee to enter, and no purchase of any product or service is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded per round. The prize consists of: one (1) white PROFLO comfort-height toilet (1.28 gallons per flush, soft-close seat, round or elongated bowl at winner’s choice); removal and disposal of one existing toilet; standard professional installation by Sponsor at the winner’s eligible home; and a one-year parts and labor warranty on the installation. The toilet is available in white only; no other colors are offered. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500. The total ARV of all prizes in the Promotion will not exceed $4,500.

“Standard installation” means replacement of an existing floor-mounted toilet using the existing waste connection and water supply. If Sponsor discovers conditions that must be corrected before the toilet can be safely installed (for example, a damaged flange, rotted subfloor or failed shutoff valve), Sponsor will explain the issue and may offer a written quote for the repair. The winner is never required to purchase any repair or other service. If the winner declines a required repair, Sponsor will deliver the prize toilet to the winner’s home uninstalled, and the installation and warranty portions of the prize will not be provided.

Townhomes and condominiums: restrictions may apply. Many condominium, townhome and homeowners’ associations and building managers require contractors to register, provide certificates of insurance, licenses or other documents, and get approval or scheduling before any work begins. Sponsor will complete its own contractor registration and paperwork where reasonably possible. The winner is responsible for any owner request, approval or access the association requires and for any association fees charged to the owner. If the association does not approve the installation, or Sponsor cannot reasonably meet the association’s requirements, within the ninety (90) day installation period, Sponsor will deliver the prize toilet to the winner uninstalled, and the installation and warranty portions of the prize will not be provided.

The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a white toilet of equal or greater value if the stated model is unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner selection and odds

At the close of each round, one (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that round. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that round (for a full round, 1 in 500).

7. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided on the entry form. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and schedule installation within ninety (90) days. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible or does not complete home-ownership verification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that round.

8. Winners list

For the name(s) of the winner(s), visit northern.plumbing/giveaway or send a request to inquiries@northern.plumbing within sixty (60) days after the end of the round. Sponsor will file a certified list of winners with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as required by Section 849.094, Florida Statutes.

9. Use of your information

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use the information you provide to administer this Promotion, including contacting you about your entry and, if you win, your prize. Sponsor will contact you by phone, text message or email about plumbing services, maintenance reminders and special offers only if you check the optional marketing box on the entry form. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of entry or of winning, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by contacting Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell your personal information.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner’s first name, city and before/after photos of the installation for promotional purposes without further compensation. A winner may decline publicity by notifying Sponsor in writing; declining will not affect the prize.

11. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If the Promotion is cancelled, a winner will be selected at random from eligible entries received in the current round up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its employees from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance and use of the prize, except for claims covered by the installation warranty described in Section 5 or arising from Sponsor’s negligence.

13. Governing law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. It is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

These Official Rules are available at northern.plumbing/giveaway and by request at inquiries@northern.plumbing. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
